The Medeq platform

Every ticket becomes a signed device record.

One workflow for the device, procedure, readings, test instruments, parts, evidence and sign-off — while iTop retains the ticket and history.

The platform workflow

  1. 1 Start the assigned work Technicians work from assigned iTop tickets — user requests and incidents — with customer, contact and equipment context already there.
  2. 2 Create the job card The job card combines technician, site contact, device, service context, comments, serial-verification status and next-service date.
  3. 3 Apply the configured checklist Medeq loads the matched checklist version and configured test-instrument requirements for that brand, model, service and subcategory.
  4. 4 Record work and evidence Checks, readings, parts, consumables, labour, photos, files and assigned in-calibration instruments — captured as the work happens.
  5. 5 Sign and link it A branded PDF, with technician and site-contact sign-off through the configured method, then linked to equipment and service history.

Structured work at the point of service

Device- and service-matched checklists

Versioned checklist templates and assignment rules give new jobs the configured procedure, while prior jobs keep the checklist revision they used.

Reviewable readings and results

Typed checklist items capture observations, checks, notes, tables, collections and unit-aware measurements, with optional reference bounds.

Configured test-instrument requirements

Required instrument types and quantities carry into the job. Checkout admits instruments with valid calibration, and logs assignment, return and swaps.

Relevant service items and evidence

Record parts, consumables and labour at ticket or job-card level, with configured compatibility guidance. Keep photos and files with the same job.
